Policy Update: Approved Service Providers Only

At Roxy Rentals, guest safety, property care, and neighborhood trust come first. With that in mind, we want to clearly restate a policy that has always been in place:

We do not allow Airbnb “service providers” or any outside, unvetted vendors onto our properties.

While many of these providers may advertise themselves as established businesses, allowing unvetted third parties into our homes creates a significant liability—for us as homeowners, for our business, and for our neighbors. These individuals have not gone through our background checks, insurance verification, or vetting process, and we cannot put our properties or guests at risk.

This is why all of our listings explicitly state that outside service providers are not permitted, and that policy will remain firmly in place.

The Good News: We Have Our Own Vetted & Trusted Partners

Anything you can imagine, we already have a vetted, insured professional for:

• Photographers

• Videographers

• Hair & makeup artists (weddings, events, photo shoots)

• Private chefs

• Wellness + lifestyle providers

• Event support teams

• And more — just ask.

These partners are people we know, trust, and have long-standing relationships with. We are confident in their professionalism, quality, and safety.
