At the helm of this operation is our very own Grecia Behena — officially crowned the Queen of Quality and Care, or as we call her, Grey.
Grey is the heartbeat of our behind-the-scenes magic — the one who ensures every Roxy home feels flawless from the moment you arrive. She’s the master of standards, the guardian of good vibes, and the woman who can spot a scuffed baseboard from 15 feet away.
She doesn’t just inspect — she elevates.
She doesn’t just clean — she curates.
Thanks to Grey, our homes don’t just look good. They feel good — down to the last perfectly-placed pillow and color-matched towel.
Welcome to Our Pre-Stay Ritual (aka Our Full-Time Obsession)
Before you even think about checking in, we’re already deep into what we call our “Roxy Ritual.” Picture:
Lights flicked on and off (yes, all of them)
Handles tested (no wobble allowed)
Walls scanned like we’re looking for fingerprints
Duvets fluffed, blankets steamed, and yes — even the fridge shelves get a shine
And if something doesn’t pass the vibe check? It’s fixed, replaced, or re-fluffed immediately. No excuses. No “it’ll do.” Just pure, polished perfection.
The Tiny Things That Make a Big Difference
We’ve all stayed somewhere that felt off.
A burnt-out bulb. A missing wine opener. A squeaky chair that ruins your morning coffee moment.
Small things, sure — but they pull you out of your stay. They remind you that you’re in someone else’s space, not your own little retreat.

Some days it's three or four same-day turns, unclogging drains yourself because the plumber’s booked out, and grabbing a paintbrush to fix suitcase scuffs from a guest who unknowingly turned the hallway into a luggage ramp.
There’s no time to call in our go-to painters (shout-out to Ben Nordeen, Darwin, and Ben Warpeha), so we roll up our sleeves and make it happen. It’s repositioning furniture five times in a row while muttering “Is this too aggressive for this corner?” — all to make way for more room for the family of six arriving in an hour.
